In addition to standard supply chain processes and tasks, all companies have a multitude of growing processes and tasks that have evolved specifically to their needs. Because abbino develops customized, individual solutions, we can also offer very good implementation options for optimization.

We generally develop these solutions together with our customers and are happy to apply our expertise and best practice know-how from different sectors to different markets.

There are two possible approaches with us, depending on project size and the scope of the project. Normally we offer our process improvement and software development projects at a fixed price after a detailed specification has been created with the client. Often at the beginning of an entirely individual optimization only a budget framework and some specific objectives are certain, as all other necessary requirements are not or cannot be determined at that point. The preparation of a detailed specification may be very inefficient in some of these cases. There may be changes in the course of the project requirements, different prioritizations, or risks that were not previously foreseen. Frequently, so-called change requests are required that go beyond the calculated time frame and the planned budget.

For these cases we have created a cooperative project alternative model to solve such problems efficiently. The model provides absolute transparency with highly efficient development. The first version of the solution is readily available so that the client has real time information about quality, time and cost.
